A Dundee Hills winery on Archery Summit Road in Dayton that seats tastings daily at 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm, and 3:30pm by reservation with walk-ins accepted as space allows, making Burgundian-style Pinot Noir and Chardonnay alongside Syrah, Grenache, Melon de Bourgogne, a Pinot Noir rosé, and a traditional-method Blanc de Noirs.
