A Demeter-certified Biodynamic sparkling wine house on Highway 99W in the Dundee Hills, open Wednesday through Sunday from 11am, where reservations are encouraged and walk-ins of up to six are welcome for méthode traditionnelle Brut, Blanc de Noirs, Blanc de Blancs, and Brut Rosé with a chef's pairing menu, a covered heated patio with Dundee Hills views where leashed dogs are welcome, fireside tastings, winery tours, and a place to stay on site.
"Listed by" means the AVA association lists this producer. It does not say where the tasting room sits.
